It’s Monday, a new week, and a new day. Perfect

It’s Monday, a new week, and a new day. Perfect time to manage our time. Key word “our”.

Monday’s can seem stressful with all there is to do, but we must remember that “we” are the keeper of our time. Not all priorities have the same urgency, it’s us who feels they do. This causes undo stress.

Like the bunch of grapes in the photo, not all are screaming to be picked, we must decide which ones we want. Same goes for our day. Learning how to prioritize what we will allow on our schedule for the day is the key.

Stephen Covey’s quote is spot on...
“The Key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities”.

Do you remember the days where you just got lost w

Do you remember the days where you just got lost without a schedule? Where you went outside to play after lunch, only it seemed, to be called in for dinner? Thinking, no way, we just got started in a game like a minute ago and now it’s time for dinner?

Ok, I get it, we are now adults and we have things to do, people to take care of etc, but we can try and get lost in “timelessness” by finding our passion, what ever that may be.

We took this week and talked about resting, resetting, refocusing, and finding our inner stillness. By doing this, we can rediscover our passion, or childhood playfulness, and ultimately “timelessness”.

Timelessness...truly a precious gift and yours to rediscover.
