Meet the staff at Ayurveda Wellness Healing

Kim Sardo – AWP

Kim began her Ayurvedic journey over 15 years ago when attending a lecture on Ayurveda and was “introduced to herself”.  She finally understood not only her body, both in and out, but also her mind. After working with an Ayurvedic Physician, both her migraines and asthma become a distant memory.  It soon became her passion and she pursued her Ayurveda education through Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Kim is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Reiki 2 Practitioner with NAMA. Her greatest passion is “introducing her clients to themselves”. She enjoys watching the light bulb turn on as they witness their own transformation, physically and mentally.  Kim offers one on one personalized consultations, seasonal cleansing programs and group interactive lectures.
